Tourist Information Centres
Malvern and Upton upon Severn Tourist Information Centres, managed by Malvern Hills District Council, are year round Networked TICs, linked to 560 other TICs around the UK, and are here to help you make the most of your visit. The centre in Tenbury Wells operates on a seasonal basis.
Each Tourist Information Centre (TIC) has a wide selection of free leaflets on the many attractions in the district and wider afield to help you plan your visit.
The TICs gather together details of the many events which take place throughout the area each week to help make your visit special. Details of regional and national events are also available from the TICs.
The TICs can also help you find adventurous activities, horse riding, fishing or playing golf and many other activities to make your visit special - call in to your local TIC for details.

Helping Those with Special Needs
Upton and Malvern TICs have specially adapted access for the disabled and staff are always on hand to assist. Information on access to the attractions events and activities is available. RADAR keys for the public toilets are available to purchase or on loan. Upton TIC has a wheelchair for use around the town and all TICs can assist you to loan a wheel chair in other areas. Community Information
Each TIC has detailed information on the many clubs and societies in the district along with details of other community services such as Doctors, Dentists, schools and how to contact your local councillors. We also sell permits to use the town car parks provided by Malvern Hills District Council and the car parks on the Malvern Hills provided by the Malvern Hills Conservators (both subject to different residency requirements - proof of residence should be provided).
Holiday Information Service
Each year the Networked Tourist Information Centres organise a Holiday Information Service to help you plan your holiday or short break. Accommodation guides and brochures are gathered from throughout the UK and are available to you free of charge by calling in to one of the TICs.
