A food festival

The Three Counties Food & Drink Festival, a weekend festival promising a food-lovers paradise, will return after its successful launch last year.

The festival will take place on 27 & 28 July 2024 and includes food stalls with artisan produce, family fun, shopping experience and foodie talks and demonstrations.

Jam-packed with over 160 local traders, offering shopping, delicious food and drink opportunities alongside a showcase of the UK’s best street food, bars and vendors, there will be endless opportunities for festival-goers to see, try and buy the best regional cuisine on offer.  Live music, Fire BBQ demonstrations, a dedicated Beautiful Things marquee hosting gorgeous designer makers, crafts and gifts plus plenty more garden and home wares will be available to browse and buy.

One of the Festival’s main attractions is the 500-seat cookery theatre with award-winning TV Chefs offering daily demos, which is accessible to all ticket holders. Taking to the stage on Sunday 28 July are best-selling cookery writer and TV Chef Rachel Allen along with chef, author, educationalist and entrepreneur Cyrus Todiwala and the winner of Channel 4’s Iron Chef UK, author and TV Chef Marcus Bean . Hosted by food expert and presenter of BBC’s Eat Well for Less?, Chris Bavin, they will share their tips and techniques whilst showcasing their repertoire of recipes.  More great TV guests will be announced soon for Saturday 27 – don’t miss it!

All this plus interactive sessions including Coffee Tasting with Herefordshire-based Black Mountain Roast, Cocktail Making with Cocktails at Home and Wine Tasting with local vineyard Deer Park Wines. Tickets to the festival’s workshops are strictly limited and can be booked online in advance to guarantee availability.

The popular Children’s Cookery School returns, in which youngsters can get their hands messy as they learn to make kitchen staples such as butter, cheese, and ice cream plus their own gingerbread house and more. All are bookable on the day. More family fun includes Circus School and Arts and Crafts with Artventurers plus archery and fun fair rides.
