Would you like to go out? But don’t yet feel comfortable about being inside?

Come and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea on the lawns of Barton Court in Colwall. Meet up, safely, with friends and family in your social bubbles and permitted groups in the fresh air with the glorious Malvern Hills as the backdrop.

On Sunday August 9th, we are opening the grounds of Barton Court for a slap up and truly scrumptious afternoon tea. You can bring a rug and some cushions or, if you prefer not to sit on the grass, you can hire a table, chair, cutlery, crockery and a pretty vintage cloth so that you can eat your tea in style.

We have enlisted the help of some of the best local makers; Jo, ex-Trumpet Corner for her wonderful scones with jam and clotted cream, delicious cakes from Gill of Canapés by Gill, and the fabulous Peggy Sue’s Mobile Vintage Bar will be on hand to serve you with cocktails and mocktails as well as the traditional drinks – we are sure that our afternoon tea is going to be truly memorable for you.

There is plenty of space and we are limiting numbers so social distancing will not be an issue.

Tickets are pre booked only. We have given a lot of thought to making this fun while observing all the new regulations.

Book your tickets now and spend a lazy afternoon in lovely surroundings catching up with friends and family – we very much look forward to seeing you.
