Opening in in March 2022 this shop has been a lifetime ambition for Eva, who has had over 20 years’ experience of being a professional chef/baker, including several years as a head chef in a five-star hotel in the Czech Republic.
Eva has had a passion for baking since she was a child and was cooking for her whole family by the time she was just 9 years old.
Eva has experience baking different styles of food, originating from a wide range of countries. Many of her cakes and desserts are of traditional European styles, using French cream with different flavours including vanilla, almond, chocolate, and peach.
Eva’s offer a wide range of cakes, desserts, sandwiches, baguettes, all-day breakfasts, salads, jacket potatoes, soups, toasties, tea, coffees, and milkshakes, which are all freshly made.
Eva also bakes beautiful celebration cakes to order and is happy to discuss customers’ requirements with them face to face.
Eva’s aim is to provide first class food and service to its customers, and to introduce more people to European style cakes and desserts, as well as to provide quality hot and cold food that can be eaten in or taken away.
