The school break is hoped to be as popular as ever at Croome, near Worcester with an opportunity for families to get out and about.
The February half term trail takes families through the landscape created by garden visionary ‘Capability’ Brown. Stopping at key points children can take in views that Brown created and draw them creating their own landscape on paper. Children are also encouraged to use their own imagination to add features that they would like to see – perhaps a big wheel, a roller-coaster or a zoo? The possibilities are endless.
The ‘Make your own landscape’ trail costs £2 per trail with a prize at the end and runs from Saturday 16 February to Sunday 24 February, 10am-4pm.
There will also be fun activities in the house with the opportunity for children to draw their own favourite Croome landscape or do colouring in.
Croome is open throughout the year. The park and lakeside are open from 9am until 5.30pm and Croome Court is open from 11am to 4.30pm every day. Disabled parking nearby.
