SUMMARY:Exhibition: Day to Night
DESCRIPTION:Art exhibition by Kim Whitby: 3 – 26 June 2025 (see opening times online) \nIn this new exhibition at Malvern Library\, local artist Kim Whitby takes us through her unique creative process – from initial sketches and plans to colour palette inspirations and colour mixing that lead to the final finished piece. We get to see the developmental drawings and paintings for a modern Arts and Crafts-inspired frieze. An Arts and Crafts frieze is a decorative band on a wall often above a picture rail or panelling which was popular during the Arts and Crafts period\, made either from printed wallpaper or painted directly. \nDon’t miss this opportunity! For library opening times\, please visit the Worcestershire County Council website. Admission is free.

SUMMARY:The Salt Path (12A)
DESCRIPTION:Based on the book of the same name\, The Salt Path is the profound true story of husband and wife (played by Jason Isaacs and Gillian Anderson respectively)\, Raynor and Moth Winn’s 630-mile trek along the beautiful but rugged Cornish\, Devon and Dorset coastline. \nAfter being forcibly removed from their home\, they make the desperate decision to embark on the walk in the hope that\, in nature\, they will find solace and a sense of acceptance. With severely limited resources\, only a tent and some essentials between them\, every step along the South West Coast Path is a testament to their growing strength and determination. The film shows a journey that is at once exhilarating\, challenging\, and liberating\, portraying how home can be lost and rediscovered in the most unexpected ways. \nCert: 12A\nRunning time: 1hr 55mins\nAD Audio Description available\nDS Descriptive Subtitles: Thursday 12th June\, 5pm\, Monday 16th June\, 7.15pm \nShow times\nFilm starts at advertised time\nFriday 6 June 2025 at 4.30pm & 7.15pm\nSaturday 7 June 2025 at 4.30pm & 7.15pm\nSunday 8 June 2025 at 3pm & 6.30pm\nMonday 9 June 2025 at 7.15pm\nTuesday 10 June 2025 at 11am\, 4.30pm & 7.15pm\nWednesday 11 June 2025 at 7.15pm\nThursday 12 June 2025 at 2pm\, 5pm (with Descriptive Subtitles) & 7.45pm\nFriday 13 June 2025 at 4.30pm\nSaturday 14 June 2025 at 7.15pm\nSunday 15 June 2025 at 3pm\nMonday 16 June 2025 at 7.15pm (with Descriptive Subtitles)\nTuesday 17 June 2025 at 11am\nWednesday 18 June 2025 at 7.15pm\nThursday 19 June 2025 at 2pm & 7.45pm
