DESCRIPTION:Returning for its 14th year at Eastnor Castle\, Firework Champions features four great firework displays as three of the UK’s most prestigious firework companies battle against each other with a 10-minute spectacular firework display choreographed to music\, all followed by a breath-taking\, huge finale display. \nAfter enjoying the fantastic fireworks and lasers\, watching all the teams compete for the Fireworks Champions title\, the audience has all the power in their hands (through their mobile phone) to choose the victor. Texts will be charged at standard rates and a restriction of one vote per number is in place. Each voting number receives a text back with the results. \nGates open at 4pm; final entry is at 7.30pm. Wander through the charming orchard and discover fun apple and pear facts\, listen to fascinating stories from a local cider maker\, and enjoy apple-inspired games dotted around the gardens. This event is perfect for visitors of all ages! \nFeeling fruity? Take a bag and select your own apples straight from the trees. The majority at The Firs are cider apples\, but there are a few tasty eaters and cookers too. A small donation is all that’s required to take home your hand-picked harvest. \nCome for the apples\, stay for the stories\, and leave with a taste of autumn! \nThis event is free and booking is not needed\, but normal admission fee applies. \nOpening times\nThe Firs is open Friday – Monday (10am – 4.30pm) until 2 November\, when opening hours change – check the website before you travel
