They offer a hopeful\, danceable alternative. Citizen Fish have established an open and always growing family. The unifying tone of Dick’s lyrics coupled with the driving catchy riffs of the band appeals to a wide variety of people. \nSkewwhiff Acoustic: Mark and Beanie\, the creative heartbeat of the post-punk band Skewwhiff\, have forged a unique path in the music world with their dynamic acoustic duo performances. The pair\, known for their seamless chemistry and emotive delivery\, breathe new life into Skewwhiff’s back catalogue with reworked acoustic arrangements\, alongside fresh\, specially-written acoustic tracks that captivate the audience. \nJess Silk is a guitarist\, singer and songwriter from the Black Country. Her shouty but melodic brand of folk/punk music often has her being likened to a female Frank Turner or Billy Bragg\, and it gets people sitting up and listening. Although they originally planned simply to write together\, they soon came to see that their different guitar playing styles and voices complemented each other. They began performing together regularly after their inaugural gig supporting Joan Armatrading in front of a thousand-strong crowd\, and since then the duo has played together throughout the UK\, toured with 10cc\, Ralph McTell\, Jools Holland and Fairport Convention. \nThe 4 Of Us\nAs one of the most acclaimed bands in Ireland\, The 4 Of Us have been a steadfast part of Irish music history for over three decades years. Blending contemporary roots with rock\, the award-winning band was established by brothers Brendan and Declan Murphy from the border town of Newry in Northern Ireland. The band has played dozens of festivals\, many of them repeatedly\, including Glastonbury\, Cropredy\, Cornbury\, Kendal Calling\, Black Deer and the Sidmouth Folk Festival.  \nIn 2014 Police Dog Hogan were one of just three bands from the UK invited to Nashville\, Tennessee to perform at the prestigious Americana Music Association Awards. SUMMARY:Levellers Collective
DESCRIPTION:After two highly acclaimed acoustic tours and albums in recent years\, the Levellers Collective are embarking on a new 17-date tour in Spring 2025 at theatres and venues around the country\, plus a live album & DVD. \nThe Collective live shows\, and albums\, arose after the Levellers decided to do something a bit different with their extensive back catalogue in 2018. Together with members of fellow Brighton group The Moulettes\, they went on to record two albums radically reworking their songs – with producer John Leckie (We The Collective) and Sean Lakeman (Together All The Way). \nThe new acoustic arrangements of those Levellers songs\, old and new\, can now also be seen and heard on a new live album & DVD which was recorded in 2023 at London’s iconic Hackney Empire. The recording captures the spirit of the Levellers on stage as never seen before as multiple cameras were positioned around the band for the making of the film and the result is a truly privileged vantage point.
