Classes are designed for children aged 6 months – 6 years and will enable them to explore a selection of activities with adult support where required. Adults will also have the chance to get involved and enjoy creating too! DESCRIPTION:The theme for 2025 is all about your favourite film\, book or theatre characters! So whether you are aspiring to train dragons\, become the next Enola Holmes or are Superhero mad\, you are very welcome. \nWith a wide variety of fun activities taking place every day — like mask making\, face painting and prosthetics\, drama\, crafts and theatre skills — each session concludes with a film in the main auditorium\, enjoyed after a picnic lunch from our local suppliers. \nIdeal for children aged 7 – 11 and taking place from 21 – 24 July\, 28 – 31 July and 11 – 14 August\, The Regal Summer School includes a free lunch with every booking. Days can be booked individually\, so book as few or as many days as you like. \nSome funding is available for free places; otherwise\, the cost is £15 per day. SUMMARY:Nature Makers at The Firs
DESCRIPTION:Join Shelley from Nature Makers at The Firs this summer to make meaningful memories on Mondays until 25 August 2025 (excluding 11 August). Spend an hour discovering nature and the world around us through facts\, nature play and exploration through art and crafts. \nNature Makers believe in a co-creation and facilitation approach with guardians supporting children in the best way for their needs. Classes are designed for children aged 6 months – 6 years and will enable them to explore a selection of activities with adult support where required. Adults will also have the chance to get involved and enjoy creating too! However\, older siblings would also benefit from the session greatly. \nThere will be a single session each Monday morning (except 11 August) from 10.30am – 11.30am. \nEach session has 15 spaces available and the cost is £10 per child with one accompanying adult. \nTo see the list of weekly themes and to book your place\, visit the National Trust website.
