SUMMARY:VE Day 80th Anniversary Day
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE day\, come along to mark RAF Defford’s vital role in the Second World War with a day filled with music and song. The day will feature brass band performances at 11am and 1pm and a WWII sing-along throughout the day. \nLissie Allsopp sing a long at 12pm and 2pm. \nPershore cadets will also be showcasing flight simulators in the SOQ (sergeants’ and orderlies’ quarters) for a drop-in session. \nThis event\, which runs from 10am – 4pm\, is free to all\, with no entry fees.
