Family FEAST is a theatre extravaganza for kids aged 1 – 101.
Wristbands for the day are just £7.50 per person and will allow you to access all FEAST activities listed below between 11am and 4pm. Check out the website for specific performance and workshop times throughout the day, though our main show Tom Thumb is being performed at 2pm. Cafe open throughout the day for food and drinks.
Tom Thumb (main show)
2pm Lyngo Theatre
Performed entirely on and under a kitchen table this classic story is brought to life in a playful and fascinating show full of Lyngo’s magic with feathery spinning birds, a flying house and a portable forest. Come and join tiny Tom on his very big adventure!
Join Adam on this amazing and adventurous Wizard Walk through time and space. He needs your help to create a completely improvised, never before heard, 100% made on the day, shiny new story. When you embark on this story-walk you never know what amazing adventures could be conjured up. Limited spaces.
Join dance artist Leila (Laban trained) as she guides children and their adults through playful movement exploration and games that seamlessly lead into dance. Through the use of props, songs, stories and themes, as well as different music genres and rhythms this 45 minute session is an inspirational experience for the whole family.
About Face Theatre Company. Directed by Jess MacKenzie of the Leominster based disability charity ECHO, is an immersive show for all ages that stitches together traditional stories from around the world that is strikingly staged as micro-puppetry for an intimate audience.
Sensory Space and Storytelling
As the Great Oak goes to sleep and the autumn brings in all kinds of magical changes, come explore and play in Fafunia! A sensory interactive puppetry and storytelling experience brought to you by Enter Edem. Spend all day or just a minute in this lively and fantastically beautiful space.
