DESCRIPTION:Join us at Adhisthana to meditate with others and develop your ability to work creatively with your mind. You can either learn to meditate from scratch and develop the foundations for a daily practice or join the regulars to build on what you know and discover how to apply yourself effectively in meditation. \nAs of December 2025\, classes are being held on Mondays from 7.30pm – 9.30pm and are open to participants of all levels of experience. Please note there is no class on 22 or 29 December 2025. \nYou are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the start. Join the Pet Pals in-store at Pets at Home (Malvern) for some fun this half-term with free workshops on all things pet behaviour. \nWith the help of trusted pet care advisors\, children can get hands-on with animals to discover which toys make them jump for joy\, then become a master inventor as they design their very own toy. \nBy the end of the workshop\, those taking part will have learned why play is so important for an animal’s wellbeing\, building their confidence and setting them up for responsible pet ownership\, whenever the time comes. \nAll pet lovers the be awarded an official Pet Pals certificate\, sticker and character headband\, along with activity sheets to keep the fun going at home. \nThese sessions are specifically geared towards younger children (ages 4 – 10)\, with content and activities that are safe\, supervised and most of all fun.
