DESCRIPTION:Malvern’s favourite market is back in the grounds of Great Malvern Priory. Now in its 19th year\, Great Malvern Traditional Christmas Market promises over 60 stalls featuring high quality artisan arts\, crafts\, food and drink. The market is being organised by Boffy Arts Markets\, the local family company behind the town’s longest running and best-loved arts markets\, along with the farmers’ market\, Festival of Stories and Food Festival. The market will all be located outdoors within the beautiful grounds of Great Malvern Priory Church. Larger than usual\, the market will not only feature one of the biggest line-ups of traders seen in the town\, but will also have lots to see and do including hot food\, live music and face-painting. \nAlso\, there’s lots going on in the Priory itself on the day. \nThe market will run from 10am – 6pm \nWhilst you’re in town\, make sure you explore all our independent retailers and stop off for a bite to eat at a choice of eateries. \nThere’s also lots of live entertainment\, markets at Belle Vue Terrace and Malvern Library\, as well as another market in the Lyttelton Rooms.

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday 22 November 2025 from 10am – 6pm for a fun-packed day\, all building up to the annual Great Malvern Christmas Lights Switch On. \nEnjoy the winter wonderland-themed day in Great Malvern with live entertainment across the town\, local trader market in Abbey Road and in the library\, workshops\, and our regular visit from Father Christmas in his grotto at Great Malvern Library (open 10am – 4.30pm\, with last entry at 4pm). \nThe excitement builds until 5.30pm\, when the pantomime celebrities will be switching on the Christmas lights from Belle Vue Island following the parade up Church Street. Live entertainment will be taking place all afternoon on the BBC Hereford and Worcester Stage on Belle Vue Island\, so there there will be plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. \nThere are many fantastic independent shops in town to explore as part of your festive day out\, along with a mouth-watering range of eateries. \nPlus\, take a look at the Traditional Christmas Market in the Priory Grounds and the Artisan Craft Market in the Lyttelton Rooms. DESCRIPTION:The Theatre of Small Convenience welcomes you to its first grotto\, open for visits from 22 November – 21 December 2025 (weekends)\, created with the spirit of Narnia and the magic of Christmas in mind. \nMomentarily step into another world and meet the big\, bearded\, kind father of Christmas\, who will listen to your wishes and add you to his list. \nAll children are welcome\, and the organisers hope they will leave with wonder in their hearts\, looking forward to Christmas and the spirit of generosity it should inspire. \nFather Christmas will have a brief chat with his small visitors and give them a gift. \nAll gifts have been chosen carefully and are as environmentally friendly as possible. \nMaximum of 3 children per visit. Please note that tickets are for children only; adults enter free. \nTo avoid disruption to other visitors\, latecomers will not be admitted.
