SUMMARY:The Pocket Choral Society
DESCRIPTION:Hailing from the hard-to-find village of Pocket\, this off-the-wall choir of four present a new a cappella show. \nCombining beautiful harmonies and original music with much laughter and even improvised singing sessions\, the Pocket Choral Society feature four experienced singers blending into one. Singing unamplified and unaccompanied\, the quartet brings lots of original songs as well as new arrangements of more well known numbers from songwriters like Lennon and McCartney\, Flanders and Swann\, and Tom Waits in an intimate and relaxed way. \nThere will be the usual bar and refreshment arrangements in the church and the group will bring a lot of fun as well as an eclectic music mix. \nNo ticket required – just come along a make a donation of whatever amount you choose (cash\, please).
