Malvern Tourist Information Centre (TIC) offers a booking service for accommodation that has been inspected to give you reassurance of the standard of service you can expect.
On completion of a successful booking a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the first night’s accommodation cost will be taken, and the balance will be payable to the accommodation provider. This can easily save you time and money on your telephone bill, particularly during popular times of the year. Bookings may be made in advance or by calling in to one of the TICs on arrival. The deposit can be paid by credit or debit card (sorry not American Express) or cheque if being organised by phone or by email.

If you are planning to go away or move on to a different area pop in to the TIC to link up with the local TIC for that area and make all your reservations based upon their knowledge and experience. Please note, some areas will not accept bookings more than 48 hours in advance and may charge a booking fee.
