DESCRIPTION:Florence Price\, chorister at Great Malvern Priory from 2012 – 2022\, will be performing a selection of 17th century English songs recounting stories from ancient Greece. Florence will be performing alongside Daniel Marles (tenor) and Elizabeth Pallett (lute). This concert is Florence’s way of saying thank you for the support and encouragement she has had over the years from the Junior Choir under Piers Maxim. A post-concert reception will also be held with tea and homemade cake. We hope you can join us. \nAdmission to this concert is free. A retiring collection will be held at the end of the concert to raise funds for the Junior Choristers at Great Malvern Priory.

DESCRIPTION:Great Malvern Priory is hosting a special Bells Day on Saturday 27 July 2024\, giving you the opportunity to see bells\, hear bells and even ring them yourself! \nThe mini-ring in the nave will be available from 10.30am – 4pm. The ‘Ambergate Campanile’ is a mobile ring of 10 miniature church bells and will be available to try free (fully accessible at ground-floor level). \nThere will also be ringing demonstrations on the hour\, the chance to meet the ringers and learn more about the Priory bells and bellringing generally\, plus screens with live CCTV from the belfry and ringing chamber. \nIn addition\, weather permitting\, there will be tower tours at 11am\, 12pm\, 1pm\, 2pm and 3pm (charged at £5 for adults and £2.50 for children aged 8 – 16; tours are not suitable for younger children).
