SUMMARY:Malvern Hills Literary Walk - Lewis Loop
DESCRIPTION:Join lecturer and tour guide Dan Johnson on this guided walk around the Malvern Hills\, taking in spots connected to legendary fantasy author C. S. Lewis. \nThe walk is circular starting and ending at the Wyche Cutting\, heading up to the Worcestershire Beacon summit\, then following the Narnia has lamps past St. Ann’s Well Cafe and Lewis & Tolkien’s favourite pub The Unicorn Inn to Great Malvern. After stops at Malvern Priory (with the original gas lamp) & Malvern College (where Lewis was a pupil)\, the loop returns south\, following more gas lamps back up to the Wyche Cutting. \nThe walk is accompanied by tales of literary legends and some of the best views in the West Midlands. \nThis walk includes steep inclines and will take about 3 hours.

SUMMARY:Malvern Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Malvern Group of Worcestershire Wildlife Trust are organising a walk on the Malvern Hills. \nThe next amble will be on Tuesday 21 November. We will meet at 10am at North Quarry car park on the North Malvern Road\, WR14 4LT\, SO 771470. There are steep hills but no stiles on this walk. We will walk amble on the hills looking out for invertebrates and fungi. \nTake binoculars\, camera\, field guides etc. if you wish. We are a small friendly group\, no expertise needed. As usual\, we will walk slowly\, looking and learning\, sharing our knowledge. No matter the time of year\, there’s always something to mull over.
