The Textile Bazaar returns to Hellens Manor on 8 & 9 July 2026, open from 11am – 5pm on Wednesday 8 July and from 10am – 5pm on Thursday 9 July.
Individual ethnic clothes and fantastic collectable world textiles for sale in the large barn and gardens of this lovely manor house.
Entry to the bazaar costs £1 (bring cash for this, but some stallholders now accept card payments).
Lunches, coffee, cakes and cream teas available at Hellens Tearoom.
Workshops are also taking place:
Morning (Wednesday and Thursday) – ‘Medals with a message’ with Angie Hughes: Learn how to make a scrap collage using small pieces of colourful fabrics and hand stitch. Cut into circles with a message, add a strap and a pin to finish.
Afternoon (Wednesday and Thursday) – ‘Plaiting and braiding’ with Ginny Epstein: Learn this ancient versatile craft with easy instructions to make belts, straps, cords, baskets and rugs.
Workshops take place on both days and materials are supplied, but please bring your own apron and a notebook. They cost £10 each and must be booked in advance – book using the contact details for Bailey in the ‘Workshops at the Textile Bazaar’ section on the Textile Fairs website.
