Malvern Town Walking Tours (Apr - Sept 2020)

Please note that tours are currently suspended until further notice. Updated information will be posted here as soon as it is available.

Guided walks with Civic Society Guides

Adults: £5; children under 14: free

Walks take about 90 minutes. Sadly, due to the hilly nature of Great Malvern, these walks are unsuitable for the less mobile.

Why not join one of Malvern Civic Society’s walks and find out about the fascinating history of Malvern?

– See how Malvern’s famous Water Cure and Spa flourished in the 19th Century.
– Learn about the mediaeval Priory.
– Find out about the town’s Elgar connections.
– Hear of important visitors to the town and the story behind some ‘blue plaques’.
– Discover more about the coming of radar.

Walks take place on Mondays (including Bank Holidays) and Saturdays at 10.30am from April to September (except 20 June 2020).

Tickets available from Malvern Tourist Information Centre and online from Ticketsource (via Civic Society website – link below).

Town walks are offered on the basis that they may be cancelled at times on account of changes in prevailing circumstances. Checking with the TIC in advance is advisable, especially in the context of COVID-19.
