Fantastic spot for walkers and those of us seeking a special place to recharge, chill out and soak in the beautiful views.
The stylish living room is full of character and includes 43 inch Smart TV with Netflix, original open fireplace with gas coal effect fire and gas central heating. Included is a quality small double sofa bed with spring mattress suitable for everyday use. Easy open access to the intimate quirky kitchen and separate dining area. There is a full-size electric oven and hob, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and new fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen back door opens to the rear pathway and steps with handrails up to the tiered garden. The open staircase from the living room leads to a small landing, brand new modern bathroom suite with new electric shower, full-size bath, waterfall taps and exposed brickwork. The gorgeous bedroom has stunning views and includes a beautiful king-size bed with Posturepedic mattress and new electric blanket for maximum indulgence. A single futon is also in the bedroom, enabling 5 people to stay. Fresh towels and linen are always included. Number 36 is comfortable, full of character in a simply stunning spot. The entire house is yours with the keys safely stored in the key safe box at the front door. The shed at the top of the garden is also for your use and has the sun deck loungers and extra storage space. The shed has a padlock but is used at your own risk. The spot is so tranquil, unique and a hidden gem that can be shared by everyone.
Other things to note
Number 36 is in a relatively remote location in beautiful West Malvern. There is shared parking outside the front door. Please note that the road is narrow and one-way with a turning area to be kept free from parked cars, for emergency service/refuse collections/deliveries etc. More parking is available on the main road which is a 5 minute walk to the front door. If necessary luggage can be dropped off inside the house. Please note as we are on the hills, the walk is up hill from the main road so please bear this in mind.
