A holiday in The Malverns isn’t complete without all members of the family and those with four paws are especially welcome. There are many attractions in the area that allow your furry companion to join in the fun from an enchanting castle to a river cruise, an historic priory to a steam railway. A holiday with your dog wouldn’t be complete without lots of long walks and the Malvern Hills are a dog walker’s paradise. There are many miles of paths and trails to follow in the countryside. Your dog will enjoy bounding up and down the different hills, exploring the numerous paths, following the interesting scent trails or just rolling for the pure joy of it all.
You and your dog will receive a warm welcome from numerous accommodation providers in the area from popular hotels to guest houses and highly rated cottages to glamping, camping and caravan sites. You are guaranteed to find somewhere ideal to rest your weary feet and paws. Dogs are welcome in lots of shops, cafes and pubs in Malvern and many establishments may even provide a little treat for your pooch too which is sure to get those tails wagging.

Please keep to the paths to minimise disturbance to birds and other wildlife.
Remember this is a shared space with other dogs and humans also enjoying the countryside.
Please pick up your dog’s poo.
Always bag and bin your dog’s poo wherever you are. You can use any public waste bin or your bin at home.
Never leave bags of dog poo lying around, even if you intend to pick them up later. Containers and deodorised bags can make them easier to carry.
Ensure your details are on your dog’s collar and it is micro-chipped, so you can be reunited quickly if it is lost.
