Event Description

Join The Sealed Knot in the fields next to Willow Barn on 24 & 25 August 2025 (10am – 4pm each day) to explore what it was like to live and fight in Worcestershire during the English Civil War.

Marvel at the spectacle of a 17th century battlefield brought to life, complete with infantry, artillery and cavalry troops as the faithful city strives to hold out for the king one final time.

Come along to:

  • See displays of weapons and tactics
  • Explore civilian life in the Living History camp
  • Take part in ‘have a go’ activities
  • Complete our kids’ activity sheets and treasure hunts
  • Watch a parade of 17th century fashion
  • Witness the spectacle of our main battle

Child (over 3): £8
Family (2 adults & 2 children): £35
Under 3s: Free

Car parking pass to park in the field: £5. Although there is ample parking in the grazing fields, visitors are encouraged to walk and use public transport as much as possible.

Dogs on leads are welcome but please exercise your judgement about bringing them, bearing in mind that there will be a lot of noise – the event is not recommended for nervous dogs.
