Event Description

Ten-acre garden surrounding beautiful medieval moated manor house (not open). White garden, built and planted in 1997, surrounded by old topiary. Potager, vegetable garden and working greenhouses, all beautifully maintained. Rare double working moat and waterways including Westminster Pool created during the reign of Henry VII to mark the consecration of the knave of Westminster Abbey. Ancient yew tree under which Cardinal Wolsey reputedly slept in the legend of the Shadow of the Ragged Stone.

For this garden opening, you can book your tickets online in advance, or you can just turn up and pay on the day (cash or card).
