Join us for an unforgettable Burns Night celebration, where fine dining and whisky appreciation take centre stage. Enjoy a specially curated 7-course tasting menu from the 1919 Restaurant, crafted by Head Chef Mark Potts, perfectly paired with a selection of exceptional whiskies. Each whisky has been carefully chosen to complement the rich flavours of each course. Kicking off with three mouth-watering dishes: Cullen skink soup, Roasted swede tart tatin and Whiskey cured trout. Followed by Smoked Venison loin for the main served with January King cabbage, ragout and Hay & Whiskey Hollandaise. Finishing off with two sweet treats: Cranachan Parfait and Dark Chocolate & Whiskey Petit Fours. From course to course with whiskey pairing we promise a harmonious dining experience that honours the spirit and legacy of Robert Burns.
