Event Description

Art exhibition by Kim Whitby: 3 – 26 June 2025 (see opening times online)

In this new exhibition at Malvern Library, local artist Kim Whitby takes us through her unique creative process – from initial sketches and plans to colour palette inspirations and colour mixing that lead to the final finished piece. We get to see the developmental drawings and paintings for a modern Arts and Crafts-inspired frieze. An Arts and Crafts frieze is a decorative band on a wall often above a picture rail or panelling which was popular during the Arts and Crafts period, made either from printed wallpaper or painted directly.

Don’t miss this opportunity! For library opening times, please visit the Worcestershire County Council website. Admission is free.
