Event Description

This special sensory trail will guide you through the park at Croome, engaging curious minds to help youngsters discover the sights, sounds, and smells of the natural world. Budding chefs can discover textures, create imaginary recipes, and find out what Croome’s wildlife might have on their dinner plate.

After completing the trail, make your way to the house to see the exhibition in the saloon. Created by artist Sarah Taylor Silverwood and young people from Pershore Riverside Youth Centre, Plate Up features vibrant ceramic plates and a community cookbook co‑created by the artist and young people, inspired by shared processes of cooking, drawing, clay and print.

The trail is free to take part in and activity sheets can be picked up from the Outdoor Hub, near Visitor Reception (normal admission applies).
