Event Description

In this intriguing programme, the internationally renowned Gould Piano Trio is joined in the first half by the illustrious clarinettist Robert Plane. The concert comprises a comparatively early and engaging work by Beethoven which also exists in a piano trio version; a deeply romantic work by Walter Rabl from the late 19th century that found favour with Brahms; and a perennially loved Bohemian masterpiece: Dvorak’s ‘Dumky’ Piano Trio.
