Event Description

The Theatre of Small Convenience welcomes you to its first grotto, open for visits from 22 November – 21 December 2025 (weekends), created with the spirit of Narnia and the magic of Christmas in mind.

Momentarily step into another world and meet the big, bearded, kind father of Christmas, who will listen to your wishes and add you to his list.

All children are welcome, and the organisers hope they will leave with wonder in their hearts, looking forward to Christmas and the spirit of generosity it should inspire.

Father Christmas will have a brief chat with his small visitors and give them a gift.

All gifts have been chosen carefully and are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Maximum of 3 children per visit. Please note that tickets are for children only; adults enter free.

To avoid disruption to other visitors, latecomers will not be admitted. The organisers will do their best to find you another slot, but they cannot guarantee this.
