Event Description

This lecture, organised by the Friends of Malvern Museum, is sure to enlighten and excite the audience as they begin to understand more about the origins, history and culture of rural settlements in the north of the county, made possible by excavating ‘small pits’ in local residents’ gardens and surrounding area. The project is organised by the Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service who trained and supported people from the local communities to take part in the research.

Admission is free for members of the Friends of Malvern Museum (otherwise £3) and refreshments are served for a small charge.
