Lucy Strange is the bestselling author of Lockett & Wilde’s Dreadfully Haunting Mysteries, The Secret of Nightingale Wood, the Waterstones Prize-shortlisted Our Castle by the Sea and other books for 8- to 12-year-olds. Her books capture elements of classic children’s literature in a style that is accessible for today’s readers. Often inspired by gothic, folklore and fairy tales, Lucy combines British landscapes and historical settings with the supernatural, creating convincing worlds in which anything might happen.
