Event Description

Experience how slowing down, taking notice and being creative helps you reframe your story of NOW and reimagine and create a healthier and more hopeful story for the FUTURE.

In this interactive talk, you will learn how weaving together photography, mindfulness, imagination, and nature connection leads to both inner and outer change.

Ruth shares creative ways to help you slow down and to ‘see, be and do differently’. You will experience simple practices that help you see from different perspectives, reframe how you feel in the moment, connect more compassionately with yourself and others, and create new stories of heart and hope.

When used regularly, these evidence-based practices help you, your community or workplace to improve mental health and wellbeing; to flourish and thrive in as regenerative way that benefit the planet too.

Bring your phone, camera or other device and an open mind!

No creative or photography experience is necessary.
