The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, conducted by Alison Hunka and featuring Carl Roewer (bassoon), Daniel Roughly (trumpet) and Andrew Caskie (organ), plus the 875 Singers and vocal soloists Brittany King, Lara Johnson and Charlotte Moore

Formed to mark 875 years since the founding of Little Malvern Priory, the 875 Singers is a local choir, directed by Alison Hunka. They are joined by instrumentalists from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire for a programme of music by Mendelssohn and Vivaldi, including Vivaldi’s famous Gloria RV 589, first heard in Venice in 1715.

Vivaldi Trumpet Concerto in G Major

Tickets

£17.50 including booking fee – available via the Malvern Theatres website (but please note that the concert itself is at Christ Church, Avenue Road)
