Love is love. But can there be a ‘happily ever after’ without an ‘I do’ at the start?

Dave and Vince have been a couple for over a decade. Life is good and as straightforward as it gets for gay men – until the Friday night Dave brings home Tony, a heart-broken, straight friend, and questions long thought answered and forgotten raise their heads again.

Is a civil partnership just a piece of paper – like a parking ticket?

Is marriage really just the same thing but with posher clothes and more confetti?

Will Tony ever find out why his only girlfriend has dumped him?

Will Vince and Dave’s relationship survive the disruption to their Friday routine and the support of their fag hags?

And will Vince ever see an Hawaiian pizza again?
