An afternoon of Dvořák, Schubert and Brahms from the young musicians of Wye Valley Chamber Music

The Wye Valley Chamber Music Summer Residency is a combination of coaching, rehearsal and performance for a new generation of chamber musicians. The Residency offers emerging professional ensembles the chance to learn from and play alongside experienced tutors, culminating in public concerts.

The Sunday Afternoon Finale of the WVCM Summer Residency 2026 begins with the glowing piano textures of Dvořák’s Piano Quartet Op. 87, before Schubert’s String Quintet draws you into a world of expansive, song-like lines. Brahms’ Piano Trio Op. 8 brings the Summer Residency to a close with rich Romantic sonority and warmth.
