Red Lion, Cradley

The 15th to 18th century Red Lion is situated on the A4103 Worcester to Hereford road, but, at around eight minutes drive down the Cowleigh Road, conveniently close to Malvern. Operated by Steve and Viki, who lived and worked in Greece for 20 years, it has an informal and friendly style. Up to six traditional ales are available on hand-pull and local breweries are regularly featured. Lagers, ciders, spirits and a good choice of wines are also available.

The menu is far from the standard pub menu, with daily specials often reflecting their Mediterranean influences. Locally sourced steaks and hand made pies are firm favourites with the friendly locals.

The Red Lion has a large car park and a welcoming, flower filled, beer garden with willow trees for shade. Dogs are welcome here too.

Every Sunday, The Red Lion hosts a free live music event.
