Teme Valley Artisans CIC (due to open 21 June 2025)
Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Teme Valley, we are on a mission to celebrate the finest makers of handmade gifts and showcase the incredible talent of local artisans. Founded as a not-for-profit community organisation by Sarah Brooks, Mike Palfrey, and Tracy Scully, Teme Valley Artisans is more than just a marketplace—it’s a thriving creative hub built by and for makers.
Our vision is to bring together skilled artisans and provide them with a platform to share their unique stories and craftsmanship. Every piece tells a tale of tradition, passion, and dedication. Once fully operational, our shop in Market Street, Tenbury Wells, will be a haven where visitors can explore a diverse range of handcrafted treasures, each infused with the spirit of our valley.
As we build this vibrant community, we welcome artisans interested in joining our initiative. Together, we celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and the beauty of locally made artistry.
We will be featuring the handcrafted products and artwork of local artisans including handbuilt ceramics; paintings and pastels by local artists; local landscape photography; beewax and honey based skincare; luxury cushions, bags and pouches; natural and cruelty free aromatherapy bath salts, soaks, roomsprays and pulse points; bespoke wooden furniture and homeware; handcarved soaps, shower steamers and shampoo bars; pyrography artwork pieces; crocheted clothing and gifts; dried flower arrangements; bespoke metalwork pieces by local blacksmith; and much much more!!
Our shop will be manned by our amazingly talented artisans as well as a handful of local volunteers who want to help get this new operation off the ground.
We aim to be open from 21 June 2025 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am – 3pm on Sundays – this may change during the year so please bear with us while we work out the best times.
