S.E.N.S.E Therapeutic Centre and Social Hub is located in the centre of Tenbury Wells, the Capital of Mistletoe in the UK. It is situated next to an SSSI, along the River Teme and surrounded by a sensory garden which contains crystals, an astrological patio, a crystal labyrinth, fairy garden, reflection area as well as plenty of seating and areas under cover. All are welcome to come and sit in the garden and sense a feeling of peace.

As you enter the building, the foyer is dedicated to the Mistletoe Shop. Here you can buy gifts and cards featuring Mistletoe. The ground floor then leads in the main shop which sells an eclectic mix of crystals, gifts, homeopathy, Bach Flower essences, essential oils, diffusers, salt lamps and jewellery. Or you can go on through the shop to The Quiet Room which is open when the shop is open. This comfortable quiet space accommodates 8 and has held many individuals who just need that quiet head space to feel and reflect. If you feel drawn to, select one of the books on the shelves which could hold some insight for you.

Upstairs there are more beautifully appointed rooms. The carpeted studio, on Wednesdays accommodates Feldenkrais, Sound Baths twice a month and the occasional zen evening with Diann Dowell the creative of the business. Our resident sound therapist, Roise is one of the leading teachers for Sound Healing in the UK. In 2014 she began assisting the founder and principal, Tony Nec, to conduct his then regular bi-monthly workshops in Glastonbury. In 2016 she became the first Associate Teacher with the Sound Healing Academy and has since been teaching with them. Roise now holds the space world wide for the teachers of the Sound Healing Academy.

Charlotte Hall is our resident integrative therapeutic counsellor with BACP Accreditation and UKRCP membership. Charlotte holds appointments for individuals, couples and youth from the age of 11. Andrea Mountford creative kinesiology offers you the opportunity to ask your body what will restore balance so that natural healing can take place. Body-tracking helps you to listen to your body so that you can find out why you have pain, discomfort and symptoms, and how to release the stress behind them, so you feel better and have the vitality and energy to reach your potential.
