The development will see 28 floating homes positioned on Upton Lake, a dedicated water space, lying separately from the popular and lively Upton Marina. The homes will be connected by a floating pontoon network and with full height windows throughout will enjoy beautiful views over the water and surrounding woodland.
Upton Lake is a three-phase project and work on the development has already begun. The primary infrastructure will be built over the coming months, with the homes in phase one being ready for occupancy from June 2022.
