Event Description
Passing the Chase pub, we will meander down into Colwall and via the Downs school, pausing to admire the railway station, before continuing on to the Lime-pits. Here we will take a slight detour to view the remnants of the open cast mining and well. Returning to the path walking towards Mathon Lodge continuing through the Lodge Park arriving at the Brewers Tavern. From there a very short stretch along the road then up onto the hills crossing the ridge south of the Worcester Beacon. A steep downhill past the Wyche pub returns us to the carpark.
Generally easy but with a long(ish) incline up on to the ridge.
