Come and join us at Hellens for a day of seasonal craft as we coppice willow from our reed beds and use the withies to fashion beautiful festive wreaths.

The day will be divided into two different activities: firstly learning how to coppice willow and finding out about our reed bed system, then creating wreaths using the cut willow. We will also identify natural materials from the gardens and grounds to adorn and decorate. This is an opportunity to work with us here at Hellens and revel in the beautiful surroundings during the festive season.

A soup lunch will be provided to warm you and all materials will be here for you (please add any special dietary requirements in the comments box when booking). Bring warm clothes, some secateurs and plenty of creativity. The day will begin at 10am and conclude at 3pm.
