The Countdown Is On To This Year’s Visit Worcestershire Awards

After a challenging and lengthy period for tourism and hospitality, the awards are set to celebrate the very best of Worcestershire leisure businesses who have shown incredible resilience over the past year.

43 shortlisted finalists have been chosen to go forward to the event itself on Friday 11 March at Stanbrook Abbey where attendees will celebrate all that our county has to offer across 12 awards:

Winners and highly commended will be announced in the following categories:
o Ethical, Responsible & Sustainable Tourism Award
o New Tourism Business of the Year
o Resilience and Innovation Award
o B&B and Guest House of the Year
o Hotel of the Year
o Self Catering Accommodation of the Year
o Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year
o Experience of the Year
o Small Visitor Attraction of the Year
o Large Visitor Attraction of the Year
o Pub of the Year
o Taste of Worcestershire Award

Hosting the glitzy awards evening will be British comedian, Dominic Holland. Dominic is an award-winning professional comedian, awards and conference host, author of seven books (and counting) and has countless TV and Radio appearances; including Have I got News for You and the Royal Variety Performance. He is also best known nowadays for being a dad to four boys, specifically of his eldest son, Tom Holland the actor, better known as Spider-Man.

The headline sponsor for this year’s awards is Love To Visit with each category also having its own individual sponsor.
